Abstract
A transdermal drug delivery system () for providing controlled doses of a drug through the skin of a human or other animal is disclosed. In one embodiment, the transdermal drug delivery system () includes a substrate () designed to adhere to skin and a transdermal injector array () coupled to the substrate (). The transdermal array () has one or more transdermal injectors () embedded within including a first transdermal injector () configured to administer or provide a first substance to the skin at a speed great enough to produce an appreciable breach in the surface of the skin.
