Abstract
A razor is provided with a blade memberhaving a base and a blade bodyon the base, a blade base memberarranged on the bottom side of the razor headand a top memberarranged on the top side of the razor headThe blade memberis fitted between the blade base memberand the top memberThe base is supported on the blade base memberA cutting edgeof the blade bodyis exposed at the top memberThe base is elastically supported by the leaf spring so as to move integrally against a pressing force from the skin surface when the blade body is caused to contact the skin surface. A contact pressure of the blade bodyon the skin surface is restricted, thereby improving the shaving performance. Further, since a single-component blade memberhaving the blade bodyon the base is fitted between the blade base memberand the top memberthis simplifies the structure for elastically supporting the blade bodyand allowing the blade bodyto move.
