Abstract
A cylindrical roller bearingcomprises an inner ring, an outer ringhaving the same axial width as the inner ringand having an insulation layerformed on an outer diameter surface and both end faces thereof, cylindrical rollersarranged between the inner ringand the outer ring, a retainerretaining intervals of the cylindrical rollers, and a sealing sealas a sealing member having a roughly channel-shaped configuration in cross section projecting from both end faces of the inner ringand the outer ring. Thus, a relation between a length Lof the rollerand an axial width Wof the inner ringand the outer ringsatisfies L/W≧0.4, and a relation between a bearing volume Vof the cylindrical roller bearingand an internal space capacity Cof the cylindrical roller bearingsatisfies 0.25≦C/V≦0.55.
