Disclosed is a pigment dispersion containing a polymer compound having a partial structure represented by the following formula (1) at a terminal end of a main chain of the polymer compound, and a pigment. In formula (1), Rand Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituent; Rand Rmay form a ring by bonding with each other; and * represents a position that is directly or indirectly bonded to the main chain structure of the compound.
