Abstract
A movement guiding device for a vacuum environment is provided so that the device is able to suppress a base oil vaporized in the vacuum environment from leaking to the outside. The movement guiding device for a vacuum environment according to the present invention comprises a track member () having a rolling-element rolling part (), a moving member () having a rolling-element circulation passage containing a loaded rolling-element rolling part () facing the rolling-element rolling part () and being movable relatively to the track member (), a plurality of rolling elements () arranged in the rolling-element circulation passage, clearance seals () arranged with the moving member () and sealing a clearance formed between the track member () and the moving member () without coming in contact with the track member ().
