Abstract
A paint can holder comprising a base and an upright member coupled to the base. There are a pair of connecting straps, with each strap being coupled to each of the upright members. There is a handle coupled to the upright member. The handle has a first end and a second end. There is at least one ring. The ring is located around the handle.
