Abstract
A humidifierhas a water circuitthat switches the flow of water between a first flow state, in which hot water introduced from a first inletflows through a first heat exchangerand flows to a first outletand in which cold water introduced from a second inletflows through a second heat exchangerand flows to a second outlet, and a second flow state, in which the hot water introduced from the first inletflows through the second heat exchangerand flows to the first outletand in which the cold water introduced from the second inletflows through the first heat exchangerand flows to the second outlet. The water circuithas a bypass passagefor connecting the inletsto the outletsrespectively at the time of switching the flow of water.
