Abstract
Disclosed are a recombinant expression vector comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an-derived signal sequence and a nucleotide sequence encoding an immunoglobulin constant region, and a transformant transformed with the expression vector. Also, disclosed is a method of mass-producing an immunoglobulin constant region by culturing the transformant and expressing the immunoglobulin constant region in a water-soluble form.
