Abstract
The invention relates to a crop residue chopping-and-distributing arrangement for a combine, with a straw chopper () and two distribution blowers () arranged laterally alongside one another, on the periphery of which is provided a respective first shield (), adjustable about axis of rotation () for modifying the distribution characteristics, that can be brought into an active position. It is proposed that the first shields () are respectively mounted on a rotary holder () rotatable about axis of rotation () of the associated distribution blower () and additionally carrying a second shield (), which has a smaller dimension in the circumferential direction than first shield (), so that second shield () can selectively be brought into an active position instead of first shield ().
