Abstract

A method of treating a malignant tumor selected from the group consisting of leukemia, colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, oral cancer, lung carcinoma, breast carcinoma, prostate carcinoma, and melanoma by administering to a patient in need thereof an effective amount of at least one compound represented by formula (1) wherein A, X, Q, R, and n are defined herein.
