Abstract
A vehicle for fighting fires, retrieving hazardous materials, performing rescues and providing emergency medical services in remote areas comprises an all terrain vehicle suitably equipped for the task it is intended to carry out. As a vehicle for retrieving hazardous materials, it is equipped with a crane () to lift a container () of waste onto its deck (). For emergency medical services and searches and rescues, it has a full length protective wire mesh () over driver and occupants and a stretcher () elevated on cabinetry () so that the stretcher extends over the seat back to fit within the confines of the mesh.
