Abstract
Immediately before a robotstarts to move at a high speed, a monitoring areais expanded in a returning direction Y, and absence of an obstacle in the monitoring areais confirmed. During the high speed movement of the robot, the monitoring areais expanded forward, so that a safety of an operator is secured, an effective use of a working station area can be made, and an improvement of productivity can be achieved.
