Abstract
A wireless base station () includes a wireless communication unit () and a clock signal generation unit (). The clock signal generation unit () includes a voltage-controlled oscillation unit () that outputs a clock signal of an oscillating frequency according to an inputted control voltage, a time information generation unit () that generates time information based on the clock signal, a time information comparison unit () that compares the time information with reference time information; and a control voltage instruction unit () that instructs a control voltage according to the comparison result to the voltage-controlled oscillation unit (). Accordingly, the oscillating frequency of the clock signal can be kept easily and highly precisely.
