The benzene ring 'a' may have substituent selected from a halogen atom, an amide group, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group and the like);on a thin film of oxide semiconductor fine particles provided on a substrate, and has features that the device can be manufactured at low cost and has high conversion efficiency.
