A method for reconstructing an image of a source (S) of photons from interactions of photons emitted by this source with a detector () of a gamma-camera, positioned behind a collimator (), the method including associating with each photon interaction with the detector, a piece of information relating to the depth in the detector, of this interaction, and reconstructing an image of the source (S) of photons from said depth information in the detector.
