Abstract

The invention relates to a protected plug socket () for distribution devices in telecommunications and data technology, comprising at least one housing () and at least one protective element (), said protective element () comprising at least two contact posts (-), at least two contact elements (-) being embedded in the housing (), the contact elements (-) each comprising a line contact () and a clamping contact (-), wherein the line contact () is arranged in a plugging-in region and the clamping contact is arranged in a housing region of the protected plug socket (). The contact posts (-) of the protective element () are in contact with the clamping contacts (-), the protective element () is connected to a plugging-in aid (), made from an electrically non-conducting material and the plugging-in aid () comprises at least one housing for the contact posts (-) in which the contact posts (-) are mechanically fixed, the plugging in aid () being arranged between the clamping contacts (-) and/or elements of the housing ().
