Abstract
A solid-state imaging deviceis arranged so that a hollow sectionis formed between a solid-state imaging elementand a covering sectionand an air pathis formed in an adhesive sectionso as to extend from the hollow sectionto the outside, wherein the adhesive sectionis formed so as not to be positioned on a signal processing sectionfor processing a signal of the solid-state imaging element. This makes it possible to reduce noises occurring in the signal processing section of the semiconductor element while preventing occurrence of condensation in the covering section for covering the semiconductor element.
