Abstract
A tire structural member fabricating method fabricates a tire structural member by successively and contiguously attaching stripsto the convex outer surface having an outwardly convex cross section of a forming drumby a strip feed devicesuch that the stripsextend obliquely to the center axis C of the forming drum. The strip feed devicemoves parallel to the center axis C of the forming drumat a fixed speed V and feeds stripssuccessively onto the outer surface of the forming drum. A controllercontrols the rotation of the forming drumsuch that the angular velocity ω of the forming drumvaries gradually.
