Abstract

The present invention provides a composition that can effectively improve melasma and a composition that can effectively reduce skin dullness. The composition for improving melasma comprises a purine nucleic acid-related substance and a pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable carrier, and exhibits an excellent melasma improving effect due to the action of the purine nucleic acid-related substance contained.
