Abstract
One embodiment of an exercise device placed on top of a door () and of the type having an elongated body () which has a half circular profile. A base sheet () is attached to the base surface () of the elongated body () and a top sheet () is attached to the curved surface () of the elongated body () such that it drapes past both long edges of the elongated body (). A primary end sheet () is attached to one end of the elongated body (). The user places the exercise device on the top of a door with the base sheet () contacting the door and the primary end sheet () contacting the upper sill (). The user () grabs the top sheet () in the area of the curved surface () and performs a pull-up or hangs freely.
