A contact electric grill for the cooking of food products is provided having a base shoulder () and a lid shoulder () joined to each other by a hinging structure including a rotation pin (), a slot () into which the rotation pin () is slid, and a support and passage element () from the lid shoulder to the base shoulder of electric connection cables () among electric components present in the base and in the lid, operationally connected to the base shoulder and the lid shoulder.
