Abstract
A liquid crystal display device comprising a liquid crystal display panel that has a first substrate (SUB), a second substrate (SUB) disposed so as to oppose the first substrate (SUB), and a liquid crystal layer (LC) sandwiched between the first substrate (SUB) and the second substrate (SUB); wherein the first substrate (SUB) has a reflective electrode (RAL) having a surface formed in an irregular shape; an organic insulation film () formed in a layer above the reflective electrode (RAL); a transparent electrode () formed in a layer above the organic insulation film (); an inorganic insulation film () formed in a layer above the transparent electrode (); and a pixel electrode (PIX) formed in a layer above the inorganic insulation film ().
