Abstract
A method of inhibiting corrosion in a fluid is disclosed. The method comprises: adding to the fluid an effective corrosion inhibiting amount of a synergist, a synergist when HS is present in the fluid, or no synergist when HS is present in the fluid, and a composition comprising specified following formula and optionally salts thereof.
