Abstract
A piezoelectric element comprises a piezoelectric body including a film made of an ABOperovskite oxide crystal epitaxially grown above a substrate, and a pair of electrode layers provided to the piezoelectric body, wherein the piezoelectric body has a porous region on a side opposite to a side of the substrate.
