Abstract

The present invention relates to fusion proteins containing at least twospecies antigens. In particular, it relates to nucleic acids encoding fusion proteins that include two or more individualantigens, which increase serological sensitivity of sera from individuals infected with tuberculosis, and methods for their use in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of tuberculosis infection.
