Abstract

In order to provide an improved level monitoring system for monitoring the electrolyte fill level of an accumulator, the present invention proposes a level monitoring system having a level monitoring device and a signal output device () which is arranged in a separate housing, receives signals representing the fill level of the electrolyte from the level monitoring device and outputs at least one corresponding fill level signal.
