Abstract
In the case when password data (PW) added to a TV broadcasting signal and password data (PW) transmitted from an Internet connection section () have a predetermined correlation with each other, the display section () is allowed to display the corresponding contents normally. Therefore, accounting processes are imposed on the transmission of the password data (PW) so that a normal displaying operation is charged in an indirect manner for each of the contents.
