Abstract
An information processing apparatus which makes it possible to insert data into any form template that is specified. A data input/output control systemas the information processing apparatus processes a form template including at least one field into which database data is inserted. An identifier management sectionextracts identifiable identifiers from identifiers of fields on a plurality of different form templates.
