Abstract

The present invention provides a compound represented by the formula: wherein the variables R, b, R, Y, Z, X, R and a are defined in the specification. Said compound may be used in a method for treating diseases related to unregulated tyrosine kinase signal transduction, wherein said disease is selected from the group consisting of cancer, blood vessel proliferative disorders, fibrotic disorders, mesangial cell proliferative disorders, and metabolic diseases.
