Abstract
An annular mount basecontinuously protruded from one face of a panel main bodyand surrounding a through holehas a dual structure of an inner mount base portionand an outer mount base portionwhich are joined to each other by four parts of a joint mount base portion. A skin layeris formed at the surface of a door inner panel. An expanded layerwith a large number of pores is formed inside the panel main body. The mount baseand a part of the panel main bodybetween the inner mount base portionand the outer mount base portionare formed of a solid layerhaving no expanded layer. Whereby, a lightweight resin molded article including a high-rigidity mount base is provided.
