Abstract

A first electrode layeris formed on a mica substrate, and then first scribe portionsare disposed. Next, a light absorbing layerand a buffer layerare disposed on the first electrode layer, and through holes (second scribe portions) which penetrate from the upper end face of the buffer layerto the lower end face of the mica substrateare formed in a spot-like manner. Then, a second electrode layeris disposed on the buffer layer. At this time, the lower end face of the second electrode layerreaches the first electrode layeralong the inner peripheral walls of the second scribe portions.
