Abstract
A culture container and a method of culture which do not require a plurality of incubators in a case where a plurality of cells of different kinds which like different gas concentrations should be cultured simultaneously. A culture double containercomprises a gas-permeable culture containerhaving an inlet and an outlet, a gas-impermeable containercovering the culture container, and joint portionsandfor holding the culture containerin the gas-impermeable containerin such a manner that space is defined between the culture containerand the gas-impermeable container. The culture double containerreceives gas controlled in its composition in the space defined houses the culture containerand the gas-impermeable containerduring culture of cell or micro-organism.
