Abstract
A pistoncontains multiple ring grooveson the outer circumference of the piston, and piston ringsare mounted in the ring grooves. The pistoncontains oil path groovesextending respectively to the outer circumference of the pistonon the upper and lower surfaces of the lowermost ring groove, and an oil path grooveextending to the outer circumference of the pistonon the lower surface of the ring groovejust above the lowermost ring groove. The weight of the lowermost piston ringis equal to or smaller than the weight of the piston ringjust above the lowermost piston ring; and expandersare installed on the rear side of the piston ringsrespectively.
