Abstract
A star-shaped intermediate conveyor () between the feed conveyor () and the delivery conveyor (). The intermediate conveyor () has a plurality of radial arms (), which are fastened to a central part () of the intermediate conveyor (). The radially outwardly pointing arms () are rotatable about an axis of rotation () of the intermediate conveyor (). In this way it is possible with any given orientation of the transporting hanger for an arm () to be brought under the hanger hook () of the transporting hanger. This ensures reliable transfer of a transporting hanger from the feed conveyor () to the delivery conveyor () under any circumstances in a simple way.
