Abstract
A combination cap and plug assembly. A cap portion of the assembly is used to stop flow of material through a male coupling, and a plug portion is used to stop flow of material through a female coupling. The combination cap and plug assembly includes a tether that allows the assembly to be coupled to hose or tubing that is connected to the male and female coupling.
