Abstract
A manufacturing method that can stabilize an operation torque of a torque limiter device in a manufacturing stage is provided. The method of manufacturing the torque limiter deviceincludes an assembling step Sof attaching a clutch diskand a damper mechanismto a spline hub, and attaching a friction facingto the clutch disk; an assembling step Sof attaching a transmission torque limiting portionto the friction facing; and a grinding step Sof supplying a torque to at least one of the transmission torque limiting portionand the spline hubto rotate them relatively to each other.
