Abstract
The present invention provides an organic light emitting device in which an upper transparent electrodeof an organic light emitting deviceis connected electrically at a contact hole portionto a current supply linedisposed in the same layer as that of and extending in parallel with a gate line. That is, a hole transport layerand an electron transport layerof the organic light emitting deviceare formed over the entire display region, and then a contact hole portionis removed to electrically connect the current supply lineand the upper transparent electrode, thereby decreasing unevenness of luminance due to wiring resistance of the upper transparent electrode.
