Abstract
An acquiring unit () of a reception device acquires, from a transmission device, a notification of re-establishment of data in a lower layer. A notifying/instructing unit () of the reception device notifies, to the transmission device, a sequence number in a higher layer of data which is desired to be received. An RLC processing unit () of the transmission device acquires, from the reception device, a sequence number in a higher layer of data which is desired to be received; and performs the re-establishment from the data having the sequence number.
