Abstract
The present invention provides a vector for expression of a chimeric protein which is the result of the fusion between the N-terminal end of ExoS ofand an amino acid sequence of interest, the N-terminal end of ExoS corresponding to the N-terminal end of the chimeric protein. The vector contains the following from 5' to 3′:
