A connecting piece for the articulated connection of components disposed in the chassis of a vehicle. The connecting piece comprises a base body () made out of sheet metal in which at least one through bore () is provided, a plastic part () is rigidly connected to the base body (), and at least one articulated joint (), comprising a housing (), rigidly connected to the base body ().
