Abstract
The present invention relates to a process for production of a steroid compound having a partial structure represented by Formula (2) by oxidizing a steroid compound having a partial structure represented by Formula (1), without the need of any special apparatus, in a safe and economical manner, with less adverse affect on environment, in a simple and high efficient manner.
