Abstract
Terminalsand-to-refer to information on the state of the terminalsand-to-and a user to add functions for modifying the operation of the terminal and processing data thereby allowing the operation of the terminal to be modified, and the communication data to be processed, when the state information is in a specific condition. A serveraccesses the information on the state of the terminalsand-to-and the user on the side of the server, extracts terminal group information under a specific condition, generates a new group, and adds a presence linking function for performing registration with a group management function, thereby allowing the above state information to be used to generate a dynamic group.
