Abstract

When a human subject presses a start switch S and stands on a platform () of a measurement apparatus (), the weight of the human subject is measured, and the measurement result is stored as measurement data xi (i is a natural number) in a rewritable memory (). When the start switch S and a difference key F are pressed, measurement data xi stored in rewritable memory () is read so as to be displayed temporarily on a display unit (). Display unit () changes to a zero display, '0.00 kg', and when the human subject stands on platform (), the current weight of the human subject is measured. A CPU () uses a calculation equation read from a ROM () to execute a difference output process in which the difference between the measurement data showing the current weight and measurement data xi read from rewritable memory () is output.
