A low NOCyclone furnace steam generator including redesigned or modified Cyclone furnaces, air flow distribution, and new or relocated air ports maintains and/or minimizes NOemission levels from the Cyclone furnace steam generator while minimizing Cyclone furnace and steam generator furnace tube wastage.
