Abstract
When a two-dimensional code including a number of location symbols is detected from an image. First, a plurality of location symbols are detected from the image. Then, candidate location symbols are determined among the detected location symbols on the basis of sizes of the detected location symbols and distances between the detected location symbols. After that, a combination of location symbols constituting the two-dimensional code is detected among the candidate location symbols.
