Abstract
A liquid container for containing liquid includes an optical path formation member for forming an optical path for guiding to an operating portion light received from an outside at a predetermined position of the liquid container, the optical path forming member constituting a part of the liquid container, wherein the operating portion is caused to emit light by the light guided by the optical path.
