Abstract
A control device of a breast image radiographing apparatus relating to the present invention controls a driving device, in response to a press-down of a position adjustment switch of an input device, so as to adjust the position of a subject table. The position of compression board is adjusted by the operator such as a radiographing technician, the subject H is pressed and fixed, and when the enlargement factor of the phase contrast radiographing is inputted through the input device, the control device controls a driving device according to the positions of the subject table and the compression board and the inputted enlargement factor, so as to make a holding member ascend and descend and thereby the relative distances of the subject table to a radiation source and to a radiation image detector are adjusted to distances satisfying the enlargement factor=(R+R)/R
