A first angled wedge (A) is connectable to the right shell (R) and a second angled wedge (B) is connectable to the left shell (L) to provide lateral correction. The second wedge (B) is connectable to the right shell (R) and the first wedge (A) is connectable to the left shell (L) to provide medial correction. A plurality of pairs of wedges () can be provided with each pair providing a different angle of correction.
