To easily judge a transmission signal outputted from an own electronic device. A transmission partoutputs a transmission signal to a transmission pathside. Switching parts Qand Qare connected between a constant voltage power source and the transmission path, to switch on/off of a signal supplied from the constant voltage power source, being the transmission signal from the transmission part, and output it to the transmission path. A reception partreceives the transmission signal from the transmission path. A detection partis connected between the constant voltage power source and the switching parts Q, Q, to detect the transmission signal from the transmission partflowing through the switching parts Qand Q. A selection partselects the reception part, when the transmission signal from the transmission partis not detected by the detection part
