Abstract
The invention provides a solar cell device having a plurality of solar cell modules Z, Z, Z, . . . , Zn, whose voltage outputs (U, U, U, . . . , U) are each coupled via a switching element (T, T, T, . . . , Tn) to a switched voltage converter () preferably designed as inverting flyback converter or as step-up converter. Losses due to partial switching off of individual solar cell modules are avoided, the modules being operated independently one from the other. Using the voltage converter (), the output voltage can be adjusted within wide limits. Using a microprocessor control () optimum energy yield of the entire system can be achieved (FIG.).
